RESERVATION:
Your reservation will be confirmed after reception of a deposit equivalent to 25% of the amount of the rental price. This deposit is payable in Canadian dollars, by Paypal (Visa, Master Card), credit transfer or cash. The balance due of the rental is payable, at the latest, the day of the handing-over of the keys.
CANCELLATION:
In the event of a cancellation made by the customer, the deposit will be retained. We do not grant any credit for the late arrivals or the anticipated departures.
SAFTEY DEPOSIT:
A safety deposit of 1000$ per unit (by Paypal, credit transfer or cash) is required with the handing-over of the keys in order to ensure that the condition of the unit is in the same conditions at the end of your stay as it was at the beginning of your arrival. The restitution of the deposit will be done within a maximum of 15 days after the date of the departure, deducted of caused degradations.
PARTICULAR CONDITIONS :
We ask you to return the cottage in the same condition that you found it. Cloths and towels are to be left on the spot and will be cleaned by our care.
